Innovative Community Housing Solutions

The AHB model

AHB is building quality low-cost and market-rate housing projects across urban Africa. We design incentivized partnerships that scale up delivery of new housing stock (always with formal property rights) and offer quality home ownership opportunities across a wide spectrum of purchase prices to meet the budget of African families. AHB leverages offshore advantages in technology, capital and project planning combined with AHB’s in-country management team and local partnerships to enhance capacity for meeting the vast demand for affordable housing. AHB’s unique ability to execute housing projects in Africa provides a stable platform for offshore investors to access African real estate markets.
